What do I need to know for PCB bonding?

At high temperature working condition, it is common phenomenon that the gold wire bonding degrades while board surface become flexible. To avoid this, we suggest the use of BT / EPOXY high-performance board. Also, in the PCB fabrication of surface treatment, it is recommended to use at least more than 3μ of gold or gold plating 3μ and above to proceed.
