Our regular business hours are from Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM (EST), Saturday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (EST)


  • Order cut-off time:Normal: 6:00PM (EST), Urgent: 5:00PM (EST), Super Urgent: 4:00PM (EST), Any order placed after the cut-off time will be counted for the next business day order.
  • Lead time: 24 hours = 1 day, 48 hours = 2 days…etc. (After receipt of your files and completion of order. Please note that waiting and shipping times are not associated to such lead time).
  • Definition of time order: An order to be executed upon confirmation and that there are no issues involved.
  • Caution: If your files are not confirmed, JetPCB will process your Gerber according to the provided files.
  • In the situations where water is out of service or there are power outrage and breakdown of machinery…etc., the lead time will be delayed. Customers are not entitled to compensation due to natural disasters.
  • Shipping time: 5:00PM (EST)
  • All inquiries related to quotation, order placement, and other relevant questions that are provided after regular business hours will be responded during the next business day (unless the inquires are under certain specific conditions).

IMPORTANT: Please note that only the cost associated to your desired way of shipping and Sales Tax (being charged as required by local laws) will be included in your order. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties and carrier-related fees if there are any by the recipient's country. These additional charges may be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
