If I am using Protel PCB, can you make PCB layout?

No. Currently, we are using Allegro PCB Editor 15.5 and Pads 2005. If you need our assistance in making PCB layout, we can only provide Gerber files for the purpose of board wash. JetPCB cannot use Protel PCB to edit or correct patterns and/or traces as by doing so, the files might be lost or appear distorted.
