What is the dielectric constant of PCB material at JetPCB? How is the copper in a PCB being rated (oz, mm, or mil)?

Determination of Dielectric Constant and Copper Thickness of Printed Circuit Boards

Dielectric constant is known as Relative permittivity ( ). Despite of its natural dielectric permittivity, dielectric and frequency in temperature changes may be induced by an electric field.
 
Since the dielectric constant is just a ratio of two similar quantities, it is dimensionless. Depending on the materials and model number of a prepreg, dielectric constant may differ. If you have an actual demand, please contact our sales representative for more information.
 
Copper Thickness
Copper thickness is measured the same as line width. However, it has the ability to affect PCB’s actual carrying capacity. For example, a PCB with a wider width may carry a greater capacity; a PCB with a thicker copper may also carry a greater capacity.

In general, a layout design will have a standard rate of 1.0oz copper thickness, 40Mil line width, and is capacitive high current 1A.
In other words, a 1.0oz copper thickness, 40Mil line width is capacitive high current 0.5A; a 2.0oz copper thickness, 40mil line width is capacitive high current 2A.
